ALL Creative was invited to work with innovation company infirst Healthcare to help launch a new pharmacy brand Unicough and complementary confectionery Unisoothe lozenges. Working closely with the client team, we were commissioned to support the positioning and identity process and deliver a broad range of consumer and professional communications to drive the launch in October 2015.
Unicough and Unisoothe were presented to the trade in August/September 2015 and in a short space of time the brands managed to gain nearly full pharmacy distribution. The outstanding Unicough proposition and distinctive packaging enabled Unicough to gain listings very late in the 2015/16 winter season with all major retailers making exceptional efforts to find room for the product even though P winter fixtures were closed. Feedback from pharmacy accounts including Boots, Lloyds, Superdrug, Day Lewis and independent pharmacies has shown how the packaging and communication materials have outstanding appeal that set it apart from other brands.
